Safety

1 Oak ensures all workers are trained on OSHA’s Fall Protection standards. 

• Use guardrails, safety nets, or personal fall arrest systems.

• Conduct pre-job hazard assessments and daily safety briefings 

• Record weather, site conditions, and crew assignments 

• Plan ahead for each job: assess roof pitch, weather, and site hazards.

• Provide proper equipment: harnesses, ladders, scaffolds, PPE

• Train workers thoroughly: fall protection, ladder safety, hazard recognition
